
Silver Arrow Gallery and Gift Shop is your Pocono Mountains headquarters for American Made products, with over 96% of the inventory being made in America. Located on Rt 611 in DePue Plaza this unique shop features authentic Native American art, jewelry, pottery, music and books. Native American sterling silver jewelry from the Navajo, Hopi and Zuni nations are a must see on your visit to Tannersville.
Locally hand crafted jewelry made with gemstones, beads, recycled glass, sterling silver and copper highlight the one of a kind collection. Paintings and photographs of local wildlife and landscapes are available from Pocono artists. Hand made soap, shell decorations, wood furniture , needlework and pottery are a regular part of the collection.
Native American jewelers Calvin Begay, Effie Calavaza and John Nelson are three of the many silversmiths whose work is in the gallery. Artwork by Thomas Maracle, Ron Mitchell, Bill and Traci Rabbit and Mark Silversmith include paintings, tiles, prints and sculptures. Native American herbal teas, bath salts, sage, sweet grass and candles abound. For the doll collector there are one of a kind creations by Jerry Samuels and Cheryl Yazza. Cherokee artist Jackie Crow provides ribbon shirts and skirts for adults and children.
American artists Ken Jenkins, Jody Bergsma, and David Behrens provide pictures, cards, blankets, cups and magnets. Hand woven placemats, table runners and blankets come from Mostrom & Chase, handweavers from Massachuetts. Custom crocheted hats, baby blankets and afghans are made on site. We make custom order crochet caps for cancer patients.
Books on the Native American culture, Pennsylvania and wild life are available for adults and children. Music and story cd’s include a variety of Native American and traditional American music.
Owner Bob will provide silver jewelry repair, custom made silver chains and original handmade jewelry. Beading supplies including seed beads, bone and horn hair pipe and more are available.
Pennsylvania souvenirs include handmade wooden shelves and chests. The collection is rounded out with a wide variety of T-shirts, mugs, key chains, magnets and books about the Poconos.
